Types Of Acrobatic Moves

Round Off Acrobatic Moves
Roundoff is a move in gymnastics similar to a cartwheel, except the gymnast lands with two feet placed together on the ground instead of one foot at a time, facing the direction of arrival.

Head spring Moves
A move in which the gymnast places both hands on the mat with the top of the head about 6 inches in front, pushes off with the hands while flipping the legs overhead, and lands on the feet.
It is basically to run and hop. In order to get momentum, you should start by running a few steps and then doing a hurdle. Plant the hands-on ground and kick legs up. Close the legs and keep the body straight. Push forward and land on the feet.
