Your Inner Hip Flexor- This is one of the steps that will focus on your hip flexors. The next step will focus on strengthening your hip flexors. You will be able to perform all kinds of hip flexor movements, such as this hip flexor lift. I recommend you to do this exercise every week.

Front Split- This will show you how to perform front splits. It is important to practice this exercise. The next step will focus on increasing your ability to perform front splits.
